Dairy Queen in Katy

“My first time I went to this Dairy Queen and I was not disappointed. I had ordered a dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard and received a chocolate chip cookie dough but I didn’t realize until I had gotten home. When I went back told them when I was there and that I didn’t have a receipt(because I was never given one) and Jocelyn simply looked up my order and saw that what I had told them was correct and made me the correct blizzard. This is the best customer service I have received at a fast food place in a very long time, she didn’t complain or tell me she couldn’t help me, she stopped what she was doing and attended to what I was asking.“

“My family and I enjoy Dairy Queen, especially for their ice cream. While we’ve dined inside before, we primarily use the drive-thru for a sweet treat. Overall, the restaurant is clean, and most of the staff is friendly, which keeps us coming back.

However, I’m giving 4 stars because my order accuracy tends to be hit or miss—it’s about a 50/50 chance that everything is correct. Unfortunately, when mistakes happen, the owner has not been very willing to make things right, which can be frustrating. That said, the rest of the staff is great, and the quality of the ice cream is always good.

I do hope to see improvements in customer service, but despite the occasional issue, we continue to visit and enjoy our treats!“
