Dunkin' Donuts in Katy

“A very welll store that I visit quite often for breakfast. They have very tasty and delicious sandwiches. However, the only issue I’ve noticed during my visits is that orders placed inside the store take longer than those from the drive-thru. There are many young employees, and it seems they don’t always take customers seriously. The manager also needs to smile more. I know it’s very early in the morning, but she represents the image of the business. Better training for the young staff who work there is needed.“

“A bit slow service and it wasn't during a busy time. Questioned if they used oat milk and wasn't told they didn't have the donut I asked for. Had to wait and ask after seemingly being ignored.
Traveling so it's just disappointing when we are used to a little better service. Kiosks will never be better than a nice customers service experience.“

“I love this Dunkin ! My go to order is Bacon Avocado toast + syrupy iced drink (caramel iced espresso or that delicious Cereal Milk drink I hope they don’t take off the menu <3) & they always get it right. The toast is never burnt always well slathered with avocado spread and those little seeds, very generously sprinkled with bacon which I consider big selling point considering the upcharge for bacon. I used to be a avocado toast hater as I thought it was dumb to pay for something you can easily make at home but keeping avocados is easier said than done and frying up bacon and it’s fumes although delicious isn’t always convenient. So I can admit that buying avocado toast isn’t as dumb as I initially thought, and they consistently make it right. I’ve gone to many other locations where I pulled off and there was more bacon around the toast than on the toast :-/ never at this place and I can appreciate that truly. As for my drinks always right, they don’t mind when I ask for more milk or cream either, service is polite and relatively fast! Overall my favorite dunking location for someone that has a hard time having breakfast overall I’m appreciative for this awesome, reliable, polite staff and service :)“
