Honestly, this place was such a letdown. We came in, waited patiently, and watched other groups who came after us get seated and served first. The staff clearly didn’t care — no explanation, no apology, nothing.
It really felt like they only paid attention to certain customers and ignored us. Totally ruined the vibe. Food might be fine, but the way they treat people? Awful. Not coming back.
While the facility looks nice, that is the limit to the pleasant aspect of visiting Home Run Dugout. The wait, even after reservation was atrocious. Management tried to blame it on Labor Day but there was hardly any other customers there and it was shortly after opening - literally no reason that groups were standing for 15+ minutes to get a bay. was at outside bar no one there, asked if it was open said yes served us one drink and never came back.. after 20 min.. had to get tab and leave..
