We had a reservation for 9:15. Checked in at 9:18. We were told that we would get a text message when our bay is ready from us. We sat at the bar. Having a good time. The bartender very friendly, told us that if we knew which bay we would go to. They could keep the tap open or not. We were having a good time. Did not mind the wait. 30 mins go by. And we get a call. To come to the front. I asked to which bay we were going to as per the bartender recommendation. They told us to...
It's Houston, It's hot, this is an outdoor place. Besides that...I noticed that at 630pm people with wristbands were just able to walk in. Completely unfair since people had been waiting in line for hours. These people showed up, got their wristbands, left, then showed up at 630, and just walked in. Too many workers coming and going up front and no one knows the right answer.

Good and drinks in the bar area were great. But service is slow. Also, this is a family friendly place so even at 10pm when we are in the bar listening to the live band (very good!), the kids are running around and it’s distracting to the atmosphere.
