“I love this place so much, the greets and the amazing customer service. Ive came here a wile back, maybe even years lol. And i can say the employees have grown and have better skills. The smoothies are amazing, I like to give my thanks to a kid name Alex. he makes the smoothies with love. I ordered a scary risky smoothie i never tried and he reassured me he’ll do his best to meet my expectations ( i never expanded my taste) . The after math, he gave it to me one sip, man. I loved it . I asked what he put in it, he said with love. Very nice person, and im glad i asked for his name.“

I ordered ahead of time and came to it and they had a place for online orders so I can grab and go easily and then when I had the mango monsoon smoothie when I got home it was definitely one of the best smoothies I've had! Better than smoothie king and the good with which was the Chipotle chicken Flatbread was pretty good as well it definitely blew my expectations out of the water and I will most definitely go there again in the future and I encourage anyone else to do the same! “I loved my experience at Happy Lemon! The cafe is so bright and open on the inside, making it a great place to hang out with friends.

Even though the place was PACKED! with people, my order came out super quickly with no mistakes!

I ordered the Mango Green Tea with Mango Boba and it was super tasty! It was very refreshing and the boba had a great chewy texture. My friend ordered the Mango Green Tea Smoothie and also loved her order! We both agreed that our orders weren’t too sweet, which we really loved.

I also need to shout out our employee Christine, who took our order and made the drinks! She was super friendly during the whole order and even helped suggest a drink for me 😄!

“I love the BR coffee bar. The coffee tastes okay, and I purchase the teas and shakes at Black Rock compared to the coffee. The coffee tastes over-extracted and bitter. I don't know why BlackRock makes coffee in this manner. The coffee on tap doesn't offer the elegance of a hot coffee from Starbucks or Joe Muggs or a local coffee store. My favorite blended coffee drink at Black Rock is the Jackhammer. Black Rock Katy suffers from high employee turnover, and the quality of the blended drinks are variable from barista to barista. On weekdays, from around 5 PM until the coffee bar closes, Black Rock staffs one barista working the restaurant. Why? They should offer a minimum staffing of two baristas at the coffee bar at all times. I observed high school students from Paetkow congregating at the coffee shop after they graduate from the high school hour. The high school students act with grace complimentary of Paetkow.
When I stopped at the coffee shop, the barista offered my friend and I a two dollar discount for happy hour coffee. I have visited this shop several times in the year, and I didn't know the hours or the policies for the happy hour coffee discount. In the future, If this franchisee offers a two dollar happy hour discount, the barista should offer the discount to all customers.“
