Appointment scheduled Tuesday for today. Let customer service person know I have several messages from Ford that power train need service. She asked me if I was waiting for my vehicle and I replied yes.
I drove from Galveston to Katy , a hour and twenty-five minute drive) to be told I have to leave my car and t would be a 24-48 hour timeframe before I can get status.
