I recommend you ask for (Gus) as your server at Pearl and Vine as he is the very best! He started out at Tavern on the Green in NYC and worked for 25 years at the local Lynn's steakhouse in Houston. He is ultra knowledgeable and super nice. He only works on Wed, Thurs & Friday but well worth having him as your preferred grand server.
