I love this place! The chef took the time to introduce himself, confirm my request for extra spicy, and explain how he would prepare my order. I will definitely be back tomorrow to try the Shaken Beef, which undergoes a five-day marination process. The food was exceptional; the service was courteous, professional, and personable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Katy area who enjoys Vietnamese food as much as I do!
