PHO K offers a great dining experience with hearty and tender Pho and Bun Bo Hue dishes. The fresh noodles and generous portions of meat in the soups make it worth the fair prices. The attentive service and variety of options, including dishes for strict diets, make it a must-visit spot for delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The beef broth is okay but could use more flavor, while the pho broth is amazing and comes with choices of chicken or beef. The vermicelli pork bowl is great, and the shrimp pho is nothing less than amazing. The owner is super attentive, and the service is fast. They even offer off-menu options like pickled onions and bone marrow dipping broth. Perfect amount of meat to noodle ratio. Way better than the Yummy chain or the Pho Binh locations in Katy. Better than Pho Sapa as well. Would recommend to everyone.
