I’ve been about 20 times since they’ve opened and the quality is always on point!
We finally have a legit pho spot here in Katy so no more drives to Bellaire.

The best pho I’ve had in Katy/Houston. I usually eat pho Saigon but this place beats them by a long shot. The meat quality was perfect, the broth was unctuous and flavorful, the veggies were fresh, and the sauce varieties were amazing, they even make their own sriracha. This is definitely the new our new pho spot!

The attentive service and variety of options, including dishes for strict diets, make it a must-visit spot for delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The beef broth is okay but could use more flavor, while the pho broth is amazing and comes with choices of chicken or beef. The vermicelli pork bowl is great, and the shrimp pho is nothing less than amazing. The owner is super attentive, and the service is fast. They even offer off-menu options like pickled onions and bone marrow dipping broth. Perfect amount of meat to noodle ratio. Way better than the Yummy chain or the Pho Binh locations in Katy. Better than Pho Sapa as well. Would recommend to everyone.
