Just ordered delivery. Place is new (2 weeks) and still has a lot of kinks in their system. Ordered at 11:30 with delivery at noon. Called at noon15 and they didn't have my order in their system. Employee called our old location and not there either. Someone parked in front of my house but no Pizza Hut sign on car. Sat there for 5 more minutes and then came up. It was Pizza Hut. Asked what location and he said Mason...the one I'd just called and didn't have my order....whatever!...read full review
Customer service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager explained the deals that were available and helped me pick the best option. I also received my food quickly and had 0 issues with my order. Overall, the service was excellent and I’ll definitely be back.
