So a low key but extremely pleasant experience! Good food! Great staff and wonderful drinks 10/10
Great food, dessert, and tea. We had 6 different cakes plus croffles! Sandwiches we enjoyed are the egg salad, cucumber and pork tonkatsu. We had a ton of food left over to bring home. Service was very good as well. We got there about 1:15 and had a short wait. Definitely a great place for celebrations or anytime really!

Proper Rose Garden is a new teahouse that offers a variety of teas and quick bites. The teas are served in fancy-looking pots, and popular menu items include French toast, Parmesan fries, fried chicken sandwich, cucumber sandwiches, popcorn chicken, and vegetable momos. The sauces and rose milk tea are particularly tasty. Service is friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for gatherings with friends or family. This little tea place really has it all, with a beautiful ambiance and great atmosphere. The Asian fusion high tea is perfect, with every type of tea you can dream up. The food is actually so good, and they make Tres Leche better than anyone. The owner Micheal was very responsive and accommodated a birthday celebration. The vibe was high tea society, and the food was great. There is free parking available, although spaces may be limited during busy times. The raspberry & strawberry tea and peach oolong tea are highly recommended.
