Probably the worst barbecue brisket we have ever had.

Rudy’s has good food. My only Complaint is I ordered My breakfast tacos And she didn’t complete my order until she finished a batch of tacos. She could have just prepared mine and then worked on the batch orders to refill the trays.

As much as I love Rudy’s I can’t give them 5 stars for their breakfast tacos. Even when you get them hot in the restaurant, the tortillas are gummy like they are not cooked. Take them home and try to reheat them the next day, they are like glue and stick to the plate. This has been several times that we have eaten breakfast tacos from there and they are always gummy, I don’t recommend them, but I do love their barbecue and banana pudding!

Parking: The parking lot can be hit or miss. Sometimes there’s plenty of parking - other times you have to circle the building three or four times depending on the day and time that you go there.

Good day to all.

My organization recently was granted access to the small party room for 10 persons with no problems or concerns. After contacting them today 2/4/25, Iwas told the reservation must be for a minimum of 20 people. One other group that uses the space normally never has 20+ people. There seems to be a ever changing policy about use of the room. Management please get a consistent policy to serve your customers.

I’ve been going to Rudy’s for years. Today the service was poor. The girl was more interested in tending to a friend than to a customer standing in front of her. She managed to get the wrong as well. Without good service the great food doesn’t matter!

The food at Rudy’s BBQ is decent but not exceptional. However, I noticed that the cashiers seemed impatient with non-native English speakers, which made the experience less welcoming. As a tourist, I expected better customer service.

Didn’t like the fact that my breakfast taco had a long strand of hair in it

Came around 6pm and the wait was quite a while to get the food but that was understandable. We had a large order including 3 quarts and a pint of corn. When we came home, we were missing a quart of corn which was upsetting. We came back the next day and the manager that day was unhelpful and said we should’ve noticed it yesterday. Again, understandable but our party was the next day so we didn’t notice the order and the manager was anything but empathetic or showing any compassion.

The staff could do a better job of updating the line when they run out of something. I wasted time waiting when they ran out of brisket a lot earlier.
