Still a good place, quality seem to be down on the brisket, the ribs were the best.

Better than most BBQ places in katy.. its not top tier in texas but for katy its up there.. u wont be disappointed

Food enjoyable but prices are getting crazy.

I love what's going on at this place

Food is great I really enjoy this place, but i have had missing items in my online pick up order twice now. I didn’t want to write a review because I really do love the food, but out of the 3 times I have ordered pick up in the past, 2 orders were missing the sides I had ordered. Once is a mistake, twice is just unacceptable. I really hope this doesn’t happen again.

I came in today to pick up a to-go order. The cashier took my payment, placed my food on the counter, and walked away without letting me know it was ready. When I got home, I found that my baked potato was dry and seemed old. I called to speak with a manager but was left on hold for an extended period. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the service and the quality of the food.

Good ole fashion country bbq

Online orders is a waste of time. Trying to make an order online to pick up on our way to a family party and after expend more than 30 minutes I finally give up. The system does not accept any type of credit card (got an error message with every try) then while trying to complete the order, the system tell you that the time you select is not longer available, so you have to go back and add (every time you get that error 30 or 45 minutes) then credit card processing error again. You need to do better to accommodate online orders for pick up.

The attendant forgot a large portion of my to-go order. When i called in to ask for a refund, i was td that the refund was processed, but never ended up getting the refund at all.

I have never been to BBQ spot and they give you two sticks of ribs and bake beans tasted like it came out the can no seasoning at all!! Potatoe salad nasty, sausage not cooked enough, I wouldn't recommend this place at all, they need some help with their food and they waaayyy over priced. WORSE BBQ EVER!! We spent $76 bucks for NOTHING! Brisket nasty tasting too, no garlic, or onion powder on nothing. Everything was `a la carte. Food was bland. Ya'll need help.😡😡
