I've been going to this Starbucks since it opened. The past 4 or 5 times I've been in, it is just total chaos--not enough employees, counters a mess, employees standing around while 1 person trying to do it all, messy inside the store. Today, I waited 8 minutes to order, and there were 9 cups 'in line' ahead of mine--barista said they had a bunch of mobile orders come in.
New management needs to come in and straighten things out.
