Starbucks is a great place to visit, known for its kind and attentive staff. One customer enjoyed sitting outside and chatting with friends while sipping their drinks, including a venti iced brown sugar latte made with blonde espresso and oat milk, which they love. Another customer had a wonderful experience when Sanjana and another lovely young lady helped them redeem their birthday drink. Despite some trouble with the app and a previous store's refusal to assist, the staff at this Starbucks offered an apology and made the experience special. They decorated the customer's cup and provided everything needed with fast service. Overall, Starbucks remains a welcoming spot with staff who strive to provide excellent customer service, even if some have noted that the cups might seem smaller compared to other locations.
