This is my FAVORITE location! I just moved from Arkansas and I love frappes.. so one day I said let me try this coffee shop. I ordered a caramel ice cup for the first time… OMG !!! People… when I say I have not been back to Starbucks since moving to Houston… that is a strong thing to say..THEY TOOK ME AWAY FROM STARBUCKS! Please go try their ice cups … you will love it! AND THE STAFF ——so nice and patient I LOVE TIM HORTONS!!!!!!!
Great donuts and coffee and a good selection of delicious savory items. Haven't been to a tim Hortons since my days living in Canada in the 90s. Was thrilled to see locations opening up in the US. But the US menu lacks many of the items Canadian menu has. Hopefully the missing items will be eventually added to the US menu ( including soup).

I would say everything is pretty good. My only issue is I've had 2 wrong orders back to back. They messed the drinks up and almost forgot the timbits. My other order didn't even have the right drink. They gave me a drink that was supposed to be delivered to some guy named "jake". I'm sorry you never got your oreo capp. I believe they are rushing and cause these mistakes because of it.
