Just ordered drive through and it literally took OVER 30 minutes to get my food, watching 4 people behind me get their orders. Poor employee running out orders to us wasn’t in control and I understand that and let him know my complaints were to the manager and not about him at all, I complained while in line to him many times asking him to convey to the manager. Meat precooked, not hot. Stale buns, had to microwave at home to melt cheese. Inedible. Ordered large fries and was half full.
When taking order, if they dont listen to what we want, they butt in and ask if you want a meal instead.
We won’t go back.
