We recently used Zach's Shack for a wedding shower serving about 50 people. Ronnie did a fabulous job. The meats were smoked to perfection and not dry as catered food can sometimes be. Aside from the excellent BBQ, and sides there was apple cobbler and ice cream. Ronnie is very service oriented. He was there early and \\\"draped\\\" the counters for easy cleanup. He cut the portions and served for several hours while people came back for more. This is definitely a great option...read full review
