Disappointed with my overall experience in Texas. This is my second visit in just over a month, and once again, the restaurant fell short. After spending $80 on UberEats, I expected them to at least follow the order instructions. I specifically requested half tea/half lemonade since an Arnold Palmer wasn’t an option, but I received only sweet tea. I also ordered potato casserole and was instead given mashed potatoes.

This particular Bbq restaurant is Very Special. The sliced brisket was So FLAVORFUL and Super Tender!! I was so Surprised.
I also had coleslaw and green beans which were very very good also. As I was finishing my meal ; a man in a booth asked me how Iliked it. I told him how good it was and he said he was glad to hear it because he smoked the meat hom self. I told him how surprised I was with how flavorful and tender it was, especially being a chain restaurant....

So it's 12/29/24 stood there for like 10 mins and neither of the works so much as looked at our group. Didn't say they would be just one second or anything. Went a week or two ago and the owners were there and the services they provided was so much better and timely. The gentleman and women working clearly had no interest of serving my group of 6.
