Kaufman Texas. I placed an order online for five lemon pepper, bone in wings and three habanero wings with fries and a drink got all the way home and my order was completely wrong. Called back up there and they could not do anything just told me to come back to the store, wasting my gas Just to get my order remade very unprofessional, nothing for my time and has to make the customer satisfied. Wings are awesome, and fries are on point. Most Wingstop locations lack adequate dine in space, which is a downfall if that's the route you're taking. Service wasn't extremely energetic, but you never know what folks are going through.
We order online and when we came to pick them up we decided to eat there, while we were eating we hadn’t notice that they were not cooked extra time, but then the manager Earl came and ask us if the wings were cooked the extra time, I notice they were not so he took them and make sure they were cooked the extra time and gave us some extra.
