I was standing by the cash register to order all employees ignored me for 10 minutes like I was invisible. Besides that the food and drink were good and the interior was very nice inside

This is the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. The location is convenient and very, very spacious inside. I had been to 4 other Starbucks during the holiday season and was told they were out of something, but the Kaufman Starbucks was fully stocked. The baristas were so friendly and attentive! We were passing through on a cold January night and I enjoyed the bright colorful mural and ambience. Many Starbucks now are just so... drab. Grays and muddy brows. This one...

I frequent this Starbucks. Today, the lady at the window named Karen was a breath of fresh air. Sometimes, I get a little She was so welcoming and accomodating. As much as I love Starbucks drinks, the service has lacked for a long time because of the fast paced nature I believe. Karren left me smiling and I felt treated well. Thank you! We need more people like her at the window!
