The lack of customer service
I went to chicken express today and when I ordered the food I wanted the person that took my order seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No customer service skills. They made my food fresh to order, but when I got my food the young man that handed me my food pretty much shoved it at me. I also didn’t get my full order. Went to the opening today, absolutely great to see it was packed and busy, waited 50min to get my order, which under the circumstances I felt was expected, food was fantastic, mushrooms were exactly how I remembered them, except when I got home was missing my daughters nuggets and my chicken roll, I was devastated, waiting yrs to eat this roll again lol. Staff were fantastic and apologetic for wait. Rang and left msgs but no reply...rrcieved a wrap instead of roll, ill be taking...read full review
