Hoshi Ramen Reviews
First timeTried this place for the first time and ordered takeout. The portions were generous, and everything tasted great! The venue was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely a spot I’d visit again! eating food from this place.
Food is delicious, staff is nice and attentive. We love Hoshi, the buldak ramen is soooo yummy.
My wife and I often go and enjoy their fantastic ramen. So often I’ve had it multiple times in one week. The staff is incredibly kind (especially the owners), service is fast, food is fresh, and it’s close to home. We used to drive 30-45 minutes to get ramen in Carrolton but we haven’t gone anywhere but here in months. My only complaint is that more people don’t know about this gem. Spicy tonkotsu, you can’t go wrong.

Hoshi Ramen is a popular ramen restaurant that offers a variety of delicious options. The menu boasts an array of ramen dishes, including the seafood ramen, packed with squid, fish, and scallops, and the Texan ramen, with its smoky broth and tender meat. The serving sizes are generous, and the food is made to order, ensuring freshness and quality.
The restaurant has received positive reviews from customers, who praise the friendly and helpful staff, including the amazing waiter, Connor, who provides excellent service. The clean venue and the amazing food contribute to a great dining experience. Customers particularly enjoy the miso-based ramen, the teriyaki chicken bowl, and even the Bibimbap. The flexibility in flavor choices and the availability of gluten-free noodle options also enhance the restaurant's appeal.
While some customers have praised the food as super good and affordable, others have noted concerns about certain dishes. Some found the buns light on pork and the ramen to be only okay, with an unseasoned hard-boiled egg that was jarring. The overall consensus remains that Hoshi Ramen is a great place to enjoy satisfying meals, despite varying experiences with the food quality.
