We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. And he is half Italian that comes from a family that is pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. Great experience and I highly recommend it! 5 stars!“

“My 1st time going was July 3rd to be exact. I called 1st because I wanted to know about the 2 slice/drink special. The young lady that answered was very polite and helpful. I went on my lunch break and the same young lady assisted me with my pick up order. The Pizza was delicious and the customer service was excellent. I'm going back today lol.“

“Great pizza! The crust is amazing! Portions here are very generous. We love the Antipasto Salad - which is a meal all in itself! We also love the meat lovers pizza. Not on the menu online but it exists and it rocks! Very cool atmosphere. They have a small bar with several TVs so you can catch your game. They usually have some music playing which I like while I have a cold draft beer and enjoy the food with my wife and elementary aged kids. When my wife sends me to pickup a pizza I order when I get there, sit at the bar, enjoy a cold one or two, then get my pie and head home. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!“

Fresh salads, delicious bread, large portions in a romantic, as well as family friendly environment. BYOB, plenty of parking, fast service and very reasonable prices. We recently hosted our daughter’s engagement party at Cafe Italia, with 22 adults and 4 children attending. Everything was perfect! Albert, Arturo, Patty and team were wonderful! “Mulino is one of my favorite local restaurants. The food is very good and the prices are quite reasonable. One of the things I like best is the service. All of the staff is friendly and professional. But I would single out Tony as the best waiter working there and is my favorite waiter anywhere. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does an outstanding job. He has a winning personality, and makes the customer feel welcome and the overall experience is enhanced because of his attention to every detail. He is a real asset to the restaurant!“

“This is a fairly small restaurant in this strip center. I got the Shrimp Alfredo, and although the sauce was a little runny for my liking, it was really good. Made it good for dipping the bread in and was sufficient for coating the noodles, however. I think it would have gotten thicker if I had let it cool off a bit as the food came out hot, as we wish all food was when it came out of the kitchen. Others in my group got the eggplant and pizza. Everyone said it was really good and said they were putting this place on their list of favorites, and I have to agree. The food here has more of a homemade flavor than the bigger Italian food restaurants. Give it a try. You might just get another favorites added to your list.“

The manager Cathryn, chefs Landon and Frankie made sure they added a special touch to our anniversary dinner. The food is bursting with flavor. The appetizers are so delicious I couldn't stop craving more. The Tiramsu was a perfect bow to a wonderful presentation. We will be returning soon to try the Charcuterie Board.
