Subway in Keller

“Stopped going to the Keller location because they were absolutely terrible. So we decided to try this location out and it was great! Sandwich was made exactly how we ordered it on the app. We will definitely start coming to this location from now on.“

“Not all Subways are the same! Today I went to the location at Beach St & N. Tarrant... The store was super clean!! I was picking up a sub for my son, but wasn't sure what to order. Derris (making my sub) ran thru several different kinds and what was on them- including which ones were spicy. I decided to order the one I usually get for my son. Normally i have to ask for a certain meat to be left off because my son doesn't like it. But this time, Abigail (the Manager) told me exactly what to order to (rather than charging me for what I was trying to order!!) She knew what I was really looking for, and what's better is that it's a cheaper Sub! I was having trouble getting my discount to pull up thru my app, and even though it took a few minutes to access it, both Abigail & Derris were super nice and helped me with my phone app! I'll always make this location my 'go to' store from now on. These two had excellent customer service, they were both really nice and definitely made this experience a great one!!“

“We haven’t had subway in a long time, because it seems that every location has just given up on making fresh food and providing good service.

This was a much better experience than we have had in years from any other subway location. Food was fresh, not too much or too little of anything. Great experience.“

“Our sandwich preparer was quite an interesting fellow. We enjoyed his spirit, but got a little tired of it after awhile. Restaurant was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed our food. Definitely would recommend subway any day. Note: Subway isn't the cheapest.“

“Went in and got a sandwich and pizzas for my kids and the guy working there name Jared is hard worker really nice and helpful. When there one person working and busting there hump to make your food they deserve more money and recognition for all they do just saying.“
