Tio Carlos is a gem that offers delicious dishes. The restaurant serves excellent fajitas with great flavor. The service is also excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable servers making recommendations. However, the ambiance can be improved, as the room temperature was uncomfortable and a roach was spotted on the wall. Despite this, the food is exceptional, with standout dishes like the relleno and flan. The restaurant may be going through renovations and changes, but the food and service make it worth a visit.
