It’s a cool story, but most items had little to no flavor. Plus they violated rule #1 of a restaurant, “never let your guests leave hungry.”
You would think that after 20 courses you would be full. We ate again when we got home.
In addition we did the Old World wine parring. Wines were not introduced, just poured. The bad part is that most didn’t go with the dish they were served with! The wine seemed like an afterthought.
