“THE most amazing, unique, educational and fantastic-tasting dining experience of my life. We loved it. I feel like we travelled the centuries as well as the globe, in one evening, right here in Kemah, Texas. Incredible food and people. Fifteen courses authentic to the timeline of Choctaw and Thai food, even first known recipes dating back to 1640. The chefs and the wine director introduced and explained each as it was brought to the table.“

“First, it's Americanized "Asian" food, not Thai. Maybe the owner is Thai. Who knows. They claim to not use MSG so I figured id give it a try. I had the Mongolian beef and the mango chicken with noodles. It was good. It wasn't magnificent, but it was less than $10 and I've paid more for less. I'm full and feel the meal was satisfying. I'd eat here again, if I don't end up with an MSG headache. The tea is instant so I will just get water next time.“

“Wow.. new customer to Thai Stellar so we went to the L.C. location and it was AMAZING. My date had the drunken noodles with tofu and I had the pad se ew, with chicken, and the dumpling app. Amazing!!! The inside was VERY SLOW, but it seemed to be doing well with phone orders.
