“Finally made a trip to try out this little nook and it was pretty darn good! The breakfast burrito was delicious, definitely recommend it. I’m wishing I would have bought an extra cinnamon roll for a rainy day pick me up - super yummy! And the coffee was extra awesome, definitely worth the trip! Great job Rayne and staff! “Would normally not have even tried a restaurant with less than 4 stars but after reading some of the (absolutely ridiculous) reviews we decided to give it a try. Arrived at 7:30 PM on an otherwise mundane Thursday evening. Were seated immediately upon entering. The atmosphere is a mishmash of eclectic and lakeside/nautical. The view, I'm sure, during the daylight is likely magnificent with the table to ceiling windows along the entire wall. Our sweet young waitress, Kelsey, was incredibly attentive. I always ask for both drink and entrée suggestions from wait staff. Kelsey suggested the pineapple coconut margarita. It was delicious! Not too sweet so absolutely perfect, if you ask me. Her fav entrée is either the chicken pot pie or the chicken fried steak unless it's Thursday and how lucky were we to have accidentally chosen Thursday to pop in! An 8 oz filet mignon so tender you can cut it with a fork, grilled veggies (yellow and zucchini squash with red onions) seasoned and cooked to literal perfection along with a loaded baked potato and a side salad for the just $29. I could easily eat here every Thursday evening!! Hubby had fried catfish which came with fries and coleslaw. I'm a catfish snob but I actually did love the couple of bites he traded me for a few bites of my amazing steak! While we are in town tomorrow, we will be back to watch the sunset and try Kelsey's other recommendations!! I highly recommend this little gem if you're on or near the lake!“

“This is the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. The location is convenient and very, very spacious inside. I had been to 4 other Starbucks during the holiday season and was told they were out of something, but the Kaufman Starbucks was fully stocked. The baristas were so friendly and attentive! We were passing through on a cold January night and I enjoyed the bright colorful mural and ambience. Many Starbucks now are just so... drab. Grays and muddy brows. This one is pleasant and reminds me of how Starbucks used to be, when you actually wanted to stay and lounge for awhile.I had my 8 year old with me and appreciated the staff had coloring pages and crayons on a table by the door. How thoughtful! We will be going back the next time we pass through.“

“I went through the drive thru. I ordered my food, the young lady taking my order repeated it back to me. She got some items incorrect, but told me that she meant to say the correct item.I repeated what I ordered, she stated that is what she has.When I pulled up to the window and she handed me the bag, it felt light. I asked her if specific items and count were in there, she confirmed.Well, I ordered 4 hashbrowns and only had 1.Always open your bag and verify that your entire order is correct.Other than this, the food was good.“

“My go to for breakfast because the manager Madeline is so awesome!! She ensures our order is right, warm & fresh and always with a smile. My favorite thing about this McDonald's is her hometown welcome whether you're from here or passing through, this manager makes sure you feel right at home. She runs a happy, energetic, attentive store. Definitely a hometown hero.“

“Parking: Plenty of places to park ...great access from the main road which is 198 or highway 175... good drive through area...Kid-friendliness: Very accessible inside for kids.. lots of options for seating... Clear area around... Good bathrooms“
