“I stopped by (drive-through) on a rainy afternoon while passing through town. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal. I was asked to pull up front and wait. After about 10 minutes, a lady brought my food out and apologized. She said the cook was new. I didn't mind the wait because honestly, it was the best chicken I've had at a Church's in a long time. “This family owned place is a gem! The freshest hand battered cat fish and shrimp, and the juiciest burgers! The Texas meatlovers pizza ( with Brisket) will make your taste buds dance. Don’t forget the homemade desserts! Our favorite is the banana pudding cake. The service is always outstanding, as well. Shout out to Dustin, who always has a smile and is very attentive.
They had been closed for a while, and since reopening, no longer have the buffet. But, now they are back at it, so stop in for lunch, or Friday night Fish Fry. Let’s keep this treasure in business.“
