“I was pleasantly surprised on this location because I had read the prior ratings and seen the pictures, but something must have changed recently. Maybe because of Ellis. Ellis was funny, professional, and extremely helpful and considerate. The food tasted great, but the chicken strips were not spicy and the cooks weren't going to replace them with spicy ones, but Ellis came in clutch and offered as many hot spicy packs as I needed. He generously asked me various times if I needed anything. Every time he asked, I took advantage and he didn't back down. I've never had an employee offer to refill my drink while I'm still sitting down. The male restroom was quite dirty, but the softdrinks were on point. Even with the little negative notes, this place provided a 5 star service thanks to Ellis. Thank you Ellis.“
