I was pleasantly surprised on this location because I had read the prior ratings and seen the pictures, but something must have changed recently. Maybe because of Ellis. Ellis was funny, professional, and extremely helpful and considerate. Stopped during a recent trip. The service was friendly and fast. We have gone to other Texas locations and either they are out of chicken or do not honor what we ask for. This location in Pleasanton was ready for customers, the best part was the chicken that was crispy and delicious and the biscuit was warm and buttery. Thanks again for the great customer service!! Looking forward to our next trip driving through this Texas town🩵
I had great service recently, the ladies were super sweet, even giving me a recommendation that gave me more food for a lower price. The chicken was hot and delicious.
