The Dairy Queen in Poteet is our favorite. We are from San Antonio, but have a place near Poteet. Today we had great service and the food was so good and fresh. Ashley and Janice were working today. Ashley was so nice and patient taking our order. She always had a smile on her face and helpful in seeing if they still had pumpkin pie blizzards available. First dq I've been to in awhile where I was waited on right away and wasn't standing at the counter while the staff just looked at me and not once tried to take my order. Very pleased with our visit and the ice cream was delicious ?

We have never had a problem with service there, yea some younger kids aren't to the workforce let alone customer service, so I understand that. The older lady, which is a manager, she's always so sweet, today on 3/22/24 I've never seen this lady before, but she's the reason why, after all these years, im going to put a review, she's is awesome.
