Great place to get a drink &sit on the outside deck & watch the Guadalupe river but they don't have food anylonger!!!! Dog friendly.

This was one of my favorite places in Kerrville! The Ruben and spiral chips were were the bestest! I am devastated they have closed! The outdoor dining fabulous!! Please please reopen!!!!!!!!!!!Rae Ann

Enjoyed meeting up with friends for drinks and food. We ordered the Fried Green Beans appetizer and they were great! My frozen strawberry margarita was made well.

Pier 27 is awesome, Ceviche and Fried Mushrooms are the way to go. Great atmosphere, good service, one of the best values in Kerrville.

Great view...but.... Service was super slow, took over an hour to get our food. Food was not good at all, waitress didn't check on us or refill our drinks. Do not recommend!

They say they are open til midnight but apparently the kitchen closes at 9pm (we arrived at 9.15pm but no exceptions are made). Staff were rude and the karaoke was frankly embarrassing.

Didn't have any food but did have the fruit punch, could not taste much of the alcohol at all really, still pretty tasty though but wish was abit stronger, atmosphere is great as well right off the river, beautiful views.

Previously my comment to here was :What ive been looking for. So hard to find something in kerville thats average price and american food. Alot of places here are beer gardens but if your trying to take your lady out im sure they want a cocktail or something flavorful. + its by the river , its cute . Food is good .After orderingFried pickles - worth itPrincess drink - not worth it , flavor good but has no alcohol.Fruit punch on the rocks - good flavor - no alcohol .Margarita - good BUT FEELS LIKE NO TEQUILA. When asked if i can get another one she said 4.00 FOR A SHOT. I said girl what. How did we all get 3 drinks and taste no alcohol. ?!?!?Waitress does not check up on you. There is literally no one here & she doesnt check in. Had to go to the bar & all the sudden shes like “ what can i get you” like girl if you came back to my table or checked in on us you would know.Ceviche - suppose to be spicy but isnt.I mean whats sad is this place can be very beautiful. But if your not a local i dont feel its very welcoming.Beers are 4.50 & a bucket of regular beers is 14.00 & imports are 18.00Honestly this place is so beautiful butWould i come back. No. Sad to say. This place is so cute they just need better staff. If its what it should of been id give it a 7/10 but tbh i would rate this on my personal experience a 4/10. ?

Service was unfriendly, atmosphere was unwelcoming, the view was really beautifu from the deck seatingl. The food was decent. Seafood or sandwiches is their variety with a few other options for a meal. Not family or kid friendly.
