“It was wonderful and truly special for our valentine's celebration. The only complaint I have is that it was probably the coldest restaurant I've ever been in lol but overall fantastic food and service. We recommend the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer and the Bees Knees cocktail along with the Kentucky mule. My osso bucco and risotto was fabulous!“

“Hidden gem in East Texas! I eat here often and the staff is incredible. Lovely atmosphere with large patio looking out over the beautiful tempest golf club! Great burgers and pizza - although my favorite is the off menu chicken Caesar wrap with home made chips.“

“We’ve been eating at McKay’s Ranch House for years, and it’s always fantastic! If you want some good home cooked food, this IS the place. Salad bar is always fresh. Chicken fried steak and chicken tenders are delicious as well as all their sides. Don’t skip out on dessert, especially the bread pudding. I’ve never had better. Great staff as well, always friendly and attentive. 5 stars all the way!“
