“My daughter and I went to Chicken Salad Chick this past weekend and had a great experience. We called before we came in and the individual we talked to was super kind and informative. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but her customer service was on point. When we arrived, everyone one was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The establishment was clean, comfortable and honestly felt like a nice sit down restaurant. The food was so flavorful, and tasty. My daughter is a picky eater, and absolutely loved the food!“

“We went into Tyler for a girls weekend to visit some wineries and relax. Decided to have dinner at Rick’s. We ordered the filet with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly and literally melted in your mouth. Mashed potatoes were creamy and amazing. Vegetables were fresh. A really amazing meal. Our waitress was Chloe. Honestly, give her a raise! So attentive, gave us great advice on the food and places to see while we were there. Could not have asked for better service. Over 5 stars!!!“

“This was our first time dining here...WOW Delicious!! We will definitely be back. We glowed in the dark when we first walked in but we were met with nothing but smiles and warm welcoming. That was the best soul food I ever had... nothing was greasy everything was very well seasoned like a gourmet restaurant. The desserts were out of this world with flavor.We will definitely be back. Just walking in the door made you hungry with all the fresh smells. Friendly service ,clean restaurant, fair prices and full servings. Come on folks come out and support the mop and pop shop!“

“Excellent food (Chicken Fried Chicken) and had a wonderful server (Kendall). The food came out quickly and was very moist and tasty. Server was polite, efficient, and easy to talk to (a rarity these days!). It made for a great meal and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Management, whatever you are doing, keep it up!“

“Went here after zoo with family. Did not have to wait long. Service was great. I ordered the chicken strips. They were crunchy but lacked some flavor so you will need the dipping sauce. The grilled shrimp alfredo was amazing. The shrimp had so much flavor and cooked perfectly. The cajen pasta was good and very well seasoned. The sides were great. Overall it was really good. Did not have time for dessert but will definitely try coming here again. Look forward to trying something else on the menu.

“As a first time customer, the customer service was trash, the girl on the headset as rushing us, didn't even explain the menu, and when we asked what kind sauces they have all she said was in on the menu board, the little tiny letters are so hard to see, but the chicken was good, could do better on the fries and the sauce need more flavor“
