First time at Cupbop. We ordered two sushi rolls, a ramen and a combination fried rice. The food came out quickly and it smelled delicious. We asked the person for some soy sauce and she pointed to the counter. We thought it odd that she didn’t bring it to us since she went, sat and was on her device. I went in and ordered to go, I ordered Korean cheesy ramen and added veggies to it, it was amazing and had a little kick to it, veggies tempura, it was okay different selections of veggies that I didn’t expect, and two miso soups, I haven’t tried I got too full with my other food, and I ordered a mozzarella Korean corn dog with cheese sauce but once I arrived home I noticed it was missing. Darius was extremely knowledgeable and professional and kept the restaurant clean. It’s quiet around 3pm, and you can hear softly played TV’s. I ordered BIBIM BOP TO GO, and I was pleasantly surprised of the liquid gochujang, fried egg! The dish was ready at the blink of an eye, was delicious and a huge portion. Family friendly, I would come again to this affordable spot! Enjoy!
