Ordered food on app and when it didn’t show up at the time suggested I called and the manager (Saniah) went far and beyond to take care of the issue that DoorDash was having and she redid my order to be fresh and have one of her employees come and deliver it to me at my job. She is a great manager. That is what customer service is all about. Happy Panera customer.
It was not the best visit, because they forgot to put chicken on my chicken salad. But I was contacted by the office after I filled out a survey, and they made it right for me. I love their food, so of course I will be returning soon.

Panera Bread offers a consistently fresh and warm dining experience, with a friendly staff that is quick to address any issues. The manager does everything to make everyone’s visit of upmost importance. Customers feel very welcome with a greeting and enjoy the great atmosphere. The food is very fresh and the coffee is super good. The Asiago breakfast sandwich is very flavorful and yummy with its freshly baked bread. Overall, Panera Bread provides a satisfactory dining option for breakfast and lunch.
