The store and workers have piss poor attitudes and performance. They refuse to make orders, even when placed well with the appropriate timeframe.
This Baskin Robbins is AWFUL! Honestly, I don’t even know how they stay in business. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, but it will be the last because I (and my family) won’t be back. When I brought my kids a month or so ago, the service was incredibly slow. They seemed short staffed, yet I observed two or three employees just standing around in the back, talking and laughing, etc. It took a LONG time to be helped, then another long wait...read full review

They never, I mean never have what is advertised on the menu. Today was my last time visiting this location. Harker Heights location is the best.
