I appreciate Jeremiah who was helpful and went above, beyond, and out if his way to make my sandwich without bread and it was Excellent! He made sure I was a satisfied customer.
I went there recently for the first time. The main door was locked. I almost left and an employee came out the door on the far end. I was greeted warmly and went inside. It seems to me that there should have been a sign posted to use the other door. The lights were out in the food prep area and I was told it was to keep the place cooler because the AC was not working. I ordered three sandwiches and it didn't take long at all to get my order. Was at the store today 6/25/23 around 1:00pm. While ordering I looked at the menu to see a juvenile cockroach crawling across the menu. The manager, Jeremiah, grabbed a paper towel, killed said cockroach and then apologized. I immediately asked for a refund.
