“Update 7/11/23- last few times I have been in the drive thru the service has been pretty friendly and fast. I've had less mistakes and less time sitting and waiting.Took 14 from time paid to get 4 items. Customer service was horrible. Cashier didn't speak to us.new**** Ordered breakfast in the drive thru and was asked to park with no one behind us. Waited 7 mins to have them forget something.“

“Their fish sandwich is second to none. They're better than McDonald's fish filet. Too bad it is a seasonal item or I would eat at Jack In The box all the time.
Their tacos normal size and mini are tasty as they've ever been.
The app makes eating at Jack in the box much more affordable. It is definitely worth downloading.“
“Rolled up with the munchies, ordered 6 tacos, a jr cheeseburger, bacon burger (dry), lg curly fry, reg coke, reg Oreo shake and a 7 pc poppers. Order taker was brisk, business like. I prefer my ppl friendly, but okay. I asked for ranch and creamy avocado lime sauce. Same brisk, business like attitude at the window. Got everything within a reasonable amount of time. Got home, wife wants a divorce because I forgot to get taco sauce. 😭 In fairness, I blame order taker for not asking if I needed it or ketchup. It would have reminded me and life would still be good. Wife is still mad, eats a single bite of taco and says it’s gross. Wont eat it. I’m assuming she’s being dramatic and petty because I forgot taco sauce. 🙄 I grab a taco, take a bite, it’s gross. 🤢 Like, you can tell when these tacos are fresh. My tacos were dark brown and skinnier than an anorexic chick. 😅. Nothing inside of them at all. It was very disappointing. Not even all that lettuce they shove in there. 😐 So sad and unsatisfied.“
“This was my first time in a while having jack, and honestly it was pretty good. The customer service was well and i got my food fairly quick. The young man at the front was nice, I think his tag said Alex or Alec? I couldn't remember, overall though it was pretty great will be coming again!“
