“The last 2 times I have come to this particular Jack in the Box has been a wonderful experience. The time before today, I was helped by Nicci and she has the best personality. She is kind and really strives to get the customer exactly what they ask for!! Beautiful inside and out!! Today, I was helped by Arelia and again the customer service is out of this world!! She is sweet and kind and really has a knack for people who are so indecisive as myself!! These ladies are what every customer service company needs!! They should really be the face of your location because there are few people in this town that know how to treat people!! Thank you both for making it so easy to keep going back!!!!“
“Rolled up with the munchies, ordered 6 tacos, a jr cheeseburger, bacon burger (dry), lg curly fry, reg coke, reg Oreo shake and a 7 pc poppers. Order taker was brisk, business like. I prefer my ppl friendly, but okay. I asked for ranch and creamy avocado lime sauce. Same brisk, business like attitude at the window. Got everything within a reasonable amount of time. Got home, wife wants a divorce because I forgot to get taco sauce. 😭 In fairness, I blame order taker for not asking if I needed it or ketchup. It would have reminded me and life would still be good. Wife is still mad, eats a single bite of taco and says it’s gross. Wont eat it. I’m assuming she’s being dramatic and petty because I forgot taco sauce. 🙄 I grab a taco, take a bite, it’s gross. 🤢 Like, you can tell when these tacos are fresh. My tacos were dark brown and skinnier than an anorexic chick. 😅. Nothing inside of them at all. It was very disappointing. Not even all that lettuce they shove in there. 😐 So sad and unsatisfied.“

The service has always been wonderful and the employees very friendly and chill.
