When I visited today. I checked my receipt to see the I was charged for the 12pc meal instead of the 8pc but was only giving 8 pcs. The price on the menu said $20.99 and they charged me $28.99 which was showing a 12 pc meal price. Also I asked for the Cole slaw to be switched with Mac and cheese and on the receipt it was but when I got home they had Cole slaw inside the bag. Overall bad experience and won’t be returning to this location.

Very nice KFC location. Staff was efficient and polite ?. Food was piping hot and has great flavor. KFC does chicken right!!! That includes the nuggets which tasted like chicken and not cardboard.We made a small donation and received a coupon book, will be going back to KFC soon. ??

Rude the people who work there are horrible. I stood in line 5 minutes before any one came up. Then was rude. Never go there. Unless you want rude,disrespectful service. Food thrown on the counter. Just ridiculous.

I pulled up at 6:00, sat there for over 25- 30 minutes due to one of the cashiers telling me to wait because they couldn't take my order yet. There was only one vehicle ahead so it's not like they were busy. Church's down there street has better service, so I know where to go now.
The Stan Schleuter Location here in Killeen is so much better. This location on Veteran's Ave used to be good but over the last three years their customer service has become extremely horrible! Rude workers and slow service when they're not busy. They also run out of original recipe so often it's pathetic.

I ordered inside at the kiosk and for some reason all the deliveries and anyone who had come inside after me to order, has received their order BEFORE me and I been here since 4:15pm and it is currently 5:12pm. To say that I’m livid is an understatement. It’s taking everything in me to not jump over the counter and fix my order my damn self. The worker when I showed her my “receipt,” didn’t even know what she was looking at. She thought I had ordered a delivery and refused to give me the cups to make me my drinks. I think im more frustrated because I’m hungry and sitting here waiting as long as I have is stupid.

Listen, I came in to order and I my order was put in at 4:19, it is 4:55 right now and never would have thought it would take 35+ mins for 3 things to come out. Not to mention I've been sitting inside and have not received not even the cups so I could make my own drink. There is no one tending to the front counter which I find odd. What's the point of having the inside open if there's no service on the inside? KFC needs to do better in hiring because there's no way you don't have enough workers to manage a drive thru and dine in simultaneously. The answer isn't to stress the workers you already have, hire some workers and try to keep them. Do better. I'll never come here again. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WAIT 30+ min for your food to come out.

Horrible experience. I came in to pick my order. At least 5 employees looked me square in the face and ignored me. After a 10min wait I rung the bell and an employee came up, told me that I have been acknowledged. Then proceeded to take the bell away. I'm not sure what's going on with the customer service here but I won't be back until its fixed.
