Food waa good but service was horrible old lady was very rude in the curbside pickup telling me where should i park next time so she doesnt walk all the way to curbside 8 very unproffesional service

My burger was barley warm,bun was cold. Fries tasted like they had been refried to B warm them up and were still barely warm.

Couldn’t get the order right then argued back and forth with me about it not being right as I kept saying I don’t care if it’s right or wrong this is what I want and I will pay for it if need be. The girl at the window continued to try to argue about for so long I pulled around front and went inside to speak with a manager, the manager walked up asked if I had been helped and never came back(went to fry station and stayed) about 5-10 mins later another employee finally approached and helped with what I was asking for. Behind the counter in the kitchen was absolutely filthy and the health department should be called at that point I didn’t even trust eating the food I had ordered I left and will never be back.. don’t go to this location it’s not worth the time or energy and the service is awful.

Stood in front of the counter for ten minutes waiting to order. We weren't spoken to at all.
Then we watched them drop a pancake on the floor, and put it back onto the serving tray. The workers need serious retraining.

Went through the drive through to get the S'mores McFlurry. Spent $4 for a cup of ice cream with the mix thrown on top instead of being mixed in. I only stopped here because it's otw home from work. Every time I come here something is wrong with my food or something is forgotten. And it's bull that I used the app and yet I can never pull up my recent orders.

I write a fair amount of fast food reviews, so it takes more than hot fries and fast service to make me pause. But today, Precious gave me a reason to write something special.
Despite the lunch rush, she took the time to actually check on the Happy Meal toys when I had a few questions for our son. No brush-off. No “I think so.” She went, checked, and came back with answers—real ones. That level of care at a McDonald’s? Rare.
It’s not just about the toy—it’s the fact that someone took the time to get it right, even when the pace was hectic. That kind of customer service doesn’t just stand out—it deserves to be recognized.

EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU THEY ALWAYS GET THE PERSON WHO'S BEEN THERE 10 SECONDS INSTEAD OF THE PERSON WHO'S BEEN SITTING AT THE INTERCOM FOR 5 MINUTES! ONE DAY SOMEBODY'S GOING TO CRASH OUT!!!!
