This was my go to place. Don't know what happened but the while the cost had gone up the quality had gone down tremendously. Hope it gets fixed until then I'll drive to clear Creek for Jeremiah's Italian ice.
I enjoy there Shaved Ice but Customer service is lacking. No Thank You or come again or friendly smile at all. Been going here for a couple years now. But as of late there drive thru has been extremely slow. I ordered one shaved ice and it took over 10 minutes. Short handed???

Drive thru took too long to speak up….had to order through the walk-up order window. The shaved ice was as expected. Very tasteful Silver Fox flavor for me (my favorite) and sugar free pineapple for the lil one.
