I had only visited 1 Rudy's in San Antonio and had never wanted to go back. Now today 8/20/25 I tried the location in Killeen.....let me tell you, im so glad I gave Rudy's another shot. This location made me a believer in this chain. It was absolutely great all around!!

The kids behind the counter were a bit slow but otherwise the food is wonderful. If you have a trainee, please have someone with them when they are training.

Absolutely fantastic. We had the moist brisket, baby back ribs and turkey. The potato salad and banana pudding for dessert. The ribs were probably the best I’ve ever eaten. Brisket was perfect. Everything was delicious and fairly priced. Definitely recommend this place.
I have eaten at Rudy’s too many times to count. This visit was by far the best. The customer service was great, the food was prepared extremely well, brisket was super moist, ribs were tender, all food was the perfect temperature. The manager Angora ( I’m sure I spelled it wrong) was very attentive and checking on all patrons. Thank you for a tasty and timely dinner.

Rudy's is Rudy's. From the breakfast tacos, to baked potatoes the size of your head, to any of their meats. Always a go to when I am near one. This location is no different. Definitely recommend it

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent! I highly recommend the moist brisket and potato salad. Both were among the best I’ve ever had. Price per pound, the two meat sandwich is a good deal.
