Great place to stay.Only four stars because the pool, hot tub, restaurant and businesses office were under construction Fall 2023
This is a older hotel and I was told they were doing some remodeling. The WiFi wasn’t the best. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were very friendly!Nearby activities: Killeen airport, food places, Walmart, interstate
Cute place!! Rooms were large, carpets could use a good steam clean. Staff was overall friendly, overnight guy was a bit snappy with my kids.
Shilo Inns Killeen is an older hotel currently undergoing remodeling. Despite some limitations, such as unreliable WiFi and a closed pool, the hotel offers clean and peaceful rooms, a friendly front desk staff, and a convenient location near the Killeen airport, food places, Walmart, and the interstate. The hotel's staff, particularly Andrea, provide exceptional customer service, making guests feel welcome and safe. Although the hotel does not currently offer breakfast, it does provide coffee in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, including dishes, pots, and pans, as well as a pub table, stools, and a rotatable TV. The hotel is also located next to a November 6 Memorial, built by the community to honor the victims of a mass shooting. Overall, Shilo Inns Killeen is a recommendable option, especially for those attending conventions or events in the area.
