“Just wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to the young man who helped me fix my order at the window today (3/5) around 5:30 at Chicken Express on 123. My order was a little scrambled, and he was able to help me with a beautiful attitude. I especially appreciate him not giving me a hard time about it because today we suffered a very personal loss, it was just so nice to be helped with kindness, and I very much appreciate it. I didn't catch his name but he helped sort out my request for biscuits/rolls combo and was tall with dark hair.“

“Its pretty legit. I'm lactose intolerant, but I totally take one for the team each time I be going cuz ain't no way imma leave without having an ice cream or sum. In conclusion, it's pretty bomb cuz I eat what I eat and as long as it's edible I'm gonna consume it. (The banana split is my fav and it's old fashioned but in a good way).“

“This time ordered from the Kingsbury Street location (closer to hospital where we work). Co worker ordered off of menu .. they no longer had the chicken on Texas toast option, but proceeded anyway with order. She received her burger, tots and drinks pretty quickly. Young lady very personable. I chose to use the Sonic mobile ap. I received text notification that today $1.99 Double Cheeseburger. I ordered that along with a Medium Cherry Limeade which is 1/2 off when using the app. My meal was $3.+. I added a 2.00 tip since I did not have cash. My co worker stated she did not tip. I explained that these kids have to bring out our food in the cold, etc. My guy came out within minutes of my checking in, super nice. Just fyi... I did ask about how tips are paid out.. I was told when you add on with order, they get it added on to their checks which of course is tax deducted... so probably don't end up with much of it. I prefer giving cash (when I have it is the problem) so I just add it on. So app is the way to go if you have an option. The text notifications from Sonic are good to have as well.“

“This location has yet to disappoint. The food is always fresh, the employees are always friendly, and it gives a nostalgic atmosphere, taking me back to my childhood days, too many years ago. Thank you for always providing a positive experience. 🙂“

“Wendys you should be proud of the employees working at this establishment! I went for breakfast and had a free seasoned potato with my order. I said at the order prompt that I had a free large seasoned potato on the app and would be using it when I got to the window to scan. but she took it as I wanted a small seasoned potato. And charged me for one. But when I brought it to their attention, they quickly gave me a refund for the potato and were so good about it. Wish all fast food places were like this.“

“Lunch was great today! My family and I had gone just after the Sunday lunch rush, so we were the only ones there. Our server, Izzy, made the experience so much better! He was attentive and fun and definitely should be management with his work ethic and commitment to good communication and excellent service! I had come back in to use the restroom and he met me after and thanked me for the top and shook my hand 😊 Definitely will be dining in again!“

“Soon as we walked in they greeted us with smiles and just that good, old fashion customer service! The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Best chicken I've had in a long time!! Outdoor seating was a plus and to top it all off, they have a Bible open and a scripture as you walk out the door. That's exactly what businesses need more of.“

“Great people work here, especially if you communicate kindly. I had I minor mistake with a sandwich and I felt bad bringing it up and they remade my sandwiches for me. It really was not necessary for me, yet they did it anyway. Very kind, and I appreciate it. Thank you“

“Y'all come see Mr. Paul he was very sweet and cheerful! Also, he made my sandwiches as requested (i ordered through the app and asked for the onions and green peppers to be toasted with the meat and cheese) and everything tastes fresh and delicious!!!! He even called me to let me know they didn't have honey oat bread and asked which other one I would like!! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Seguin!!

“I know one of the workers there as they frequent my job where I work. She's been telling me about this place for months and I finally got to eat there. let me tell you, scarffed down, sauce drunk, lime eaten. nothing was left. Please take the time to get there! you won't regret it!“
