Took 30 minutes to get a hot chocolate and a coffee. And after those 30 minutes they brought us some one else's order. Tables stayed dirty for 2 hours. Clearly understaffed. Disappointed
I've reduced my rating and will probably continue if things don't improve. We love this place however we've seen the same options every time, only holidays they bring up the same previous holiday options. However, all of this mentioned wasn't the reason I decided to downgrade my rating today. It was the service from entrance that made me downgrade. Although the menu might be the same it is delicious, however they must really screen the workers at the front...
I usually only come here when I'm in the area for school, but I may stop by here more often. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, especially today when I informed them of an allergic reaction I had and it was addressed smooth and quick. Despite my nut allergy I would recommend the chicken and avocado crepe lol, and the croque monsieur with turkey. Thank you to the cashiers your words were appreciated and I'm sorry about the misunderstanding ❤️
