My wife and I stopped by Freddy’s on Kingwood Drive after work today and went through the drive-thru. They accidentally forgot my chili fries, so I went inside and had the pleasure of speaking with Tony.
Tony took great care of me and remade my chili fries perfectly! He made sure there was the right amount of fries and chili, and the food was fresh and delicious. Customer service like that really stands out these days.

I go to Freddy's maybe once or twice every couple months. Sometimes it's really great and the service is fantastic. Today was a different story. It sounded like the girl who took my order didn't want to be there. She also didn't read back my order to ensure accuracy, so my drink had ice when I asked for none, and was also a large when I didn't ask for one. The food was fine, but the service is 50/50 on if you get someone kind. Reading back your orders...
