She is super nice and her customer service is the best.. there is also this other young lady that works here she is super nice also.. they are always smiling and very helpful!! “I've always like chick-fil-a, but several times already that we go by for curbside pickup and they can't scan our receipt....I go online and get my receipt info to scan for my rewards and it says that this receipt has already been used. If that's the case then some of your employees are scanning our receipts to get their own rewards. I tried couple times and both got this message.“

“I come for their chicken sandwich Only. 1st I came here I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a sandwich???... I could see them just chatting away in the store as I waited. This was several weeks back...since then I've been back and my wait time now is very short. Still needs improvement in cutting the chatter while working though...it's a bunch of young kids...what do you expect.“
