First time coming to this location, pleasantly surprised with the experience, considering all the bad reviews. I walked in to place a to go order. I asked for fresh chicken, a young gentleman explained it would be 12 minutes. I waited inside and asked for some dining trays napkins, and fork to eat on the road. They prepared my meal, called me over that it was ready. They were slammed with a large 90 piece order and still took the time to honor my request. Some of these reviews...read full review
I think the cashier could of provided more options for our family needs. They do not have the tea, napkins, sporks, condiments for us to help ourselves you have to literally ask for them and they dont provide enough.
Recently the chicken pieces are 2/3 the size they use to be.
